Mr. Vijay M. Mistry is founder of this private limited company. Previously, he had started his vision for a modern and prosperous India along with his father Mr. Manilal M. Mistry, who laid foundation of this family firm in early 1950 as ‘Manilal M. Mistry Proprietary Firm’, after completing his Bachelor in Civil Engineering in 1940 from Karachi.

Manilal M. Mistry firm has constructed a number of Bridges, involving Pile foundation, Well foundation, Marine structures and Roads in Southern Gujarat. Later on, during 1970 firm was changed in to Vijay M. Mistry sole Proprietorship Organisation and continued to work in various parts of Gujarat State.

On increase in volume of business, the Sole Proprietorship Organization was converted into a Private Limited Company in July, 1988 under Chairmanship of Mr. Vijay M. Mistry, in 1990 Ketan M. Mistry joined as Managing Director having 13 years of Overseas experience. In 1995 Mr. Niraj V. Mistry joined as Director (Operation) after completing his Masters in Civil Engineering ( Major in Construction & Management) from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
