The bold incentives given by the finance minister in Budget by declaration of highway sector as a Infrastructure Industry has reaching effect, due to 5 years tax holiday declared in the Budget for Infrastructure Projects constructed on B.O.T. basis will encourage the major Indian Industrial Houses as well as Multinationals to enter into the field of financing large - infra structure projects. The regulatory environment in India has undergone a sea change under the new economic policy launched in July 1991. It involves huge fund & each bridge, viaduct jetty has different design & specifications to suit to available geological condition & hydraulic conditions.

As a result, we foresee big demand in the market for the contractors specialized in the field of construction of bridges, viaducts, jetties etc. having expertise in tacking different foundation techniques, construction techniques for construction with necessary reserves setup.
