| Remarks
: |
The foundation for Booster was to
be provided in the existing Structures and close
to running Plant and Machinery. The bottom of Pile
Cap, being 4.5 M below Floor Level, the excavation
in collapsible slushy soil posed a number of problems
in retaining earth and safe guarding the existing
structures. But this problem was overcome by deploying
adequate shoring and shuttering and speedy execution
of the work by us. |
